Comfortable walking shoes and a hat for sun protection are recommended. Lunch is not included. Shoulders and knees must be covered to visit churches. Non-European citizens must present a passport to pass Swiss customs, while European citizens can use a valid ID card. All documents must be original (no photocopies or digital versions). Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and missed departures will not be eligible for a refund. In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays, and some may also be closed on public holidays. The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus. Please be informed that in case of any road closures, the route may be reversed Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually Please note that purchases over € 300 made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.
